Child Health Services

Cobb & Douglas Public Health is on the move in our community to keep the pre-school and school-age children safe and healthy!  We offer a wide variety of programs and educational services for families to help their children (birth to 21 years of age) reach the highest potential. These include:

• Well-child medical check-ups (see forms below)
• Hearing, vision and dental screenings
• Immunizations along with parenting education to keep a child healthy
• Community resources for chronically ill or developmentally delayed children
