We protect the health of visitors to our area by regularly inspecting hotels, motels, and campgrounds to assure clean and safe accommodations.  Public health regulations enacted under the authority of O.C.G.A. 31-3-6 , based on Chapter 290-5-18 of the O.C.G.A., govern the construction, permitting, and operation of tourist accommodations.
