Body Art practices include physical body adornment by means of tattooing, body piercing, or permanent cosmetics. The construction, permitting, and operation of Body Art establishments, as well as the licensing of artists, are regulated under the authority of O.C.G.A. 31-3-6 and O.C.G.A. 31-4-20.
