Cobb & Douglas Public Health is partnering with Kaiser Permanente’s mobile health unit team to provide health screenings in the community. Kaiser’s unit will visit the Arbors at Smyrna to offer the following services:

• Flu and COVID-19 Vaccines
• Blood Pressure Reading
• Glucose Screening
• Cholesterol Screening
• Health Advice and Referrals
