Cobb County’s Call Center is now open. The Call Center can answer general questions about COVID-19, including COVID-19 vaccines, and agents can help connect residents with sites and facilities offering vaccinations. Agents can also help schedule appointments.

English and Spanish-speaking agents are available, with language line services available for those who speak other languages.

A chat feature is also available to speak with an agent on a computer, tablet or smartphone. The chat feature is available weekdays between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
